XPONENTIAL 2027 will take place May 17–20, 2027, at the Miami Beach Convention Center in Miami Beach, Florida. Educational programming begins Monday, May 17, and the XPO Hall will be open Tuesday, May 18, through Thursday, May 20.

What is XPONENTIAL?

XPONENTIAL brings together leaders and professionals from across the uncrewed systems, robotics, and autonomy industries. The event features educational programming, keynote presentations, networking opportunities, live demonstrations, and an XPO Hall showcasing technologies and solutions across the air, ground, maritime, defense, and commercial sectors.

Who attends XPONENTIAL?

XPONENTIAL welcomes professionals from industry, government, defense, public safety, academia, and the investment community. Attendees include engineers, operators, policymakers, procurement professionals, researchers, executives, manufacturers, service providers, and end users of autonomous and uncrewed technologies.

What time zone will be used for the event schedule?

All XPONENTIAL 2027 event times will be listed in Eastern Daylight Time (EDT).

Registration and Badges

How do I register for XPONENTIAL 2027?

Visit the Attendee Registration page to select your pass and complete your registration. Advance registration is encouraged to receive the best available rate and reduce wait times onsite.

How much does it cost to attend?

Pricing varies by pass type, membership status, eligibility category, and registration date. Visit the Attendee Registration page for current rates and registration deadlines.


What pass types are available?

XPONENTIAL offers multiple registration options, including XPO Hall, Full Conference, and VIP passes. Special rates may also be available for eligible government, military, public safety, educator, and student attendees.

What is included with my pass?

Access varies by pass type. Depending on the pass selected, registration may include access to the XPO Hall, keynote sessions, educational programming, workshops, networking events, VIP experiences, and other event features.

Are group registration discounts available?

Organizational passes are available for groups of five or more individuals from the same organization. To request organizational pass information, contact the XPONENTIAL Registrar at XPONENTIAL@showcare.com.

Organizations will not receive a prorated refund for unused registrations included in an organizational pass.

Are discounted government or military rates available?

Special-category rates may be available to qualifying U.S. federal, state, local, and tribal government employees, active-duty military personnel, and eligible representatives of non-U.S. or allied governments.

Proof of eligibility may be required. Government contractors do not qualify for government registration rates and should register under a standard pass category.

Are student or educator rates available?

Special rates may be available to qualifying full-time students and educators employed by eligible institutions of higher learning. Proof of current eligibility must be provided during registration.

Can I register onsite?

Yes, onsite registration will be available. Attendees are encouraged to register in advance for the best available pricing and a faster badge pickup experience.

I registered but did not receive a confirmation email. What should I do?

First, check your spam or junk folder for an email from XPONENTIAL@showcare.com. If you still cannot locate your confirmation, contact the XPONENTIAL Registrar at that email address or call +1 844 327 5248.

How do I pick up my badge?

Bring your registration confirmation email, either printed or available on your mobile device, to the onsite registration area. Follow the instructions at the self-service badge-printing stations or visit a Registration Concierge for assistance.

Registration hours and locations will be listed on the Schedule-at-a-Glance.

Do I need to wear my badge?

Yes. Your official XPONENTIAL badge must be worn and visible at all times while participating in the event.

Can someone else use my badge?

No. Badge sharing, swapping, reproduction, and resale are prohibited.

How do I change or upgrade my registration?

Use the link provided in your registration confirmation to access your registration record. For assistance with upgrades or other changes, contact the XPONENTIAL Registrar at XPONENTIAL@showcare.com.

Can I transfer my registration to another person?

Substitutions may be permitted before the original badge is picked up, provided the replacement attendee is from the same organization. Restrictions and deadlines apply.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Cancellation deadlines, applicable fees, and refund eligibility are outlined in the XPONENTIAL Policies.

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to XPONENTIAL@showcare.com.

Hotels and Travel

Are discounted hotel rooms available?

Yes. XPONENTIAL offers an official hotel block with negotiated rates for attendees and exhibitors.

Who is the official XPONENTIAL housing provider?

Showcare is the official and exclusive housing provider for XPONENTIAL. Be cautious of unauthorized companies claiming to represent XPONENTIAL or offering hotel reservations on the event’s behalf.

Housing reservations should be made only through the official XPONENTIAL housing page.

How do I reserve a group hotel block?

For groups requiring 10 or more rooms, contact XPONENTIAL@showcare.com to request group housing information.

Which airport should I use?

Miami International Airport is approximately 12 miles from the Miami Beach Convention Center. Attendees should compare available flights, transportation options, and travel times when planning their trip.

Does the convention center provide an airport shuttle?

No. The Miami Beach Convention Center does not provide complimentary airport transportation. Taxis, rideshare services, rental cars, public transportation, and private transportation services are available.

Is parking available at the Miami Beach Convention Center?

Yes. The Miami Beach Convention Center has an onsite rooftop parking garage with approximately 800 spaces, including accessible parking and electric vehicle charging stations. The garage is located on Levels 4 and 5 and can be accessed from:

• West entrance: 1901 Convention Center Drive
• East entrance: 2000 Washington Avenue

The garage is currently open daily from 6:00 AM–1:00 AM and charges a $20 flat fee. Parking rates, hours, and availability are subject to change.

Valet parking may also be available near the West Lobby entrance on Convention Center Drive. Additional municipal parking garages are located within walking distance of the convention center.

Because parking may be limited during large events, attendees are encouraged to arrive early or consider public transportation, rideshare services, or the free Miami Beach trolley.

What public transportation is available?

Attendees may use Miami-Dade Transit, the free Miami Beach trolley, rideshare services, taxis, or other local transportation options.

What should I wear?

Business or business-casual attire is appropriate for most XPONENTIAL activities. Comfortable shoes are strongly recommended because attendees should expect considerable walking throughout the convention center and XPO Hall.

Venue Services and Accessibility

Is the Miami Beach Convention Center accessible?

Yes. The Miami Beach Convention Center is ADA compliant and offers accessible entrances, parking, elevators, restrooms, sidewalk ramps, automatic doors, and Braille signage.

Attendees requiring event-specific accommodations should contact XPONENTIAL in advance so the team has adequate time to assist.

Are wheelchairs available?

A limited number of wheelchairs are available from the Miami Beach Convention Center at no charge on a first-come, first-served basis. A valid ID is required while the wheelchair is checked out.

Are service animals permitted?

ADA-recognized service animals are welcome at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Service animals must remain leashed or otherwise under the handler’s control, and the handler is responsible for the animal at all times.

Is Wi-Fi available?

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available in the convention center’s lobby areas. Exhibitors should consult the Exhibitor Tools page for information about ordering internet service for their booth.

Will food and beverages be available?

Food and beverage options will be available at the Miami Beach Convention Center. Outside food and beverages are not permitted inside the facility. Dietary and allergen information will be displayed when available.

Is smoking or vaping permitted?

No. Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Is there a coat or bag check?

Information about coat check, luggage storage, or bag check services will be provided closer to the event if those services are available. Attendees should not leave personal belongings unattended.

What should I do if I lose an item?

Check with the XPONENTIAL registration or event support desk first. You may also ask a Miami Beach Convention Center staff member for assistance with the facility’s lost-and-found process.

Event Policies and Onsite Experience

Are children permitted to attend?

XPONENTIAL is a professional trade event. No one under the age of 18 is permitted on the XPO Hall floor during move-in or move-out.

Requests for individuals under 18 to attend during public show hours are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Registration, a signed waiver, and adult supervision may be required. Contact XPONENTIAL@showcare.com before registering a minor.

May I take photographs or videos?

Handheld photography and video for personal, noncommercial use may be permitted in public event areas. Attendees must obtain an exhibitor’s permission before photographing or recording inside that exhibitor’s booth.

Professional equipment, tripods, lighting, or commercial recording requires advance approval. Recording or broadcasting educational sessions is prohibited unless expressly authorized.

Will I be photographed or recorded at the event?

Yes. By attending XPONENTIAL, participants acknowledge that event management, exhibitors, sponsors, and authorized media may photograph or record activities at the event.

Are weapons permitted?

The Miami Beach Convention Center is a designated government facility. Weapons are prohibited except as permitted for qualifying, active-duty law enforcement officers under applicable law and venue policy.

Can I bring or operate a drone inside the convention center?

Unauthorized drone operation is prohibited inside the Miami Beach Convention Center. Any approved event demonstration must be coordinated in advance and comply with all XPONENTIAL, venue, safety, and regulatory requirements.

What is XPONENTIAL’s professional conduct policy?

XPONENTIAL is committed to providing a professional environment free from physical, psychological, and verbal harassment. All participants are expected to behave respectfully and comply with event policies.

Event management may remove anyone whose conduct is disruptive, unsafe, or inconsistent with event standards. Review the XPONENTIAL Policies for complete information.

Will there be an XPONENTIAL mobile app?

Yes. Access to the XPONENTIAL mobile app is included with attendee registration. The app can be used to review the schedule, explore exhibitors and sponsors, build a personalized agenda, receive event updates, and connect with other participants.

Do sessions require advance reservations?

Some sessions, workshops, roundtables, tours, or co-located events may have limited capacity, require an eligible pass type, or require separate registration.

Review each program listing carefully and use the event app or registration portal to reserve space when required.

Are co-located events included with my registration?

Access varies by event. Some co-located programs may be included with qualifying XPONENTIAL passes, while others require separate registration or an additional fee.

International Attendees

How do I obtain a visa invitation letter?

Complete your XPONENTIAL registration first. After registering, you will have the option to generate, print, or email a visa invitation letter.

A visa invitation letter does not guarantee that a visa will be issued. Attendees are responsible for completing all required visa application steps and should begin the process as early as possible.

Can XPONENTIAL contact an embassy or consulate on my behalf?

XPONENTIAL can provide a visa invitation letter after registration but cannot intervene with an embassy, consulate, or government agency or guarantee the approval of a visa.

What should international attendees know about export-controlled information?

All participants are responsible for complying with regulations governing export-controlled technology, technical data, and defense services, including the Export Administration Regulations and International Traffic in Arms Regulations when applicable.

How do exhibitors ship materials to the event?

Advance warehouse and direct-to-show-site shipping instructions will be included in the Exhibitor Service Manual.

Exhibitors should not ship materials directly to the convention center without following the official shipping dates and instructions available through the Exhibitor Tools page.

Will lead retrieval be available?

Yes. Lead retrieval information and ordering instructions will be provided through the Exhibitor Service Center.

Can exhibitors distribute food or beverage samples?

Food and beverage distribution requires advance approval and must comply with Miami Beach Convention Center and exclusive catering policies.

How do I update my company listing or exhibitor profile?

How do I apply for media credentials?

Visit the Media Registration page to review eligibility requirements and apply for credentials.

Submission of an application does not guarantee approval. Approved media representatives must follow all event photography, recording, and access policies.
