XPONENTIAL 2027 VIP Pass Sweepstakes — Official Rules

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

Sponsor: PFM Events, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company and wholly owned entity of the Association for Unmanned Vehicle Systems International d/b/a the Association for Uncrewed Vehicle Systems International ("AUVSI"), 1209 Orange Street, Wilmington, Delaware 19801 ("Sponsor"). This Sweepstakes is conducted in connection with XPONENTIAL, a trade event co-produced by Sponsor and Messe Düsseldorf North America, Inc.

Eligibility: Open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Eligibility is determined by the U.S. mailing address on file from XPONENTIAL 2026 registration. Employees of PFM Events, LLC, AUVSI, and members of their immediate households are not eligible to enter or win. Void where prohibited by law.

Sweepstakes Period: Entries will be accepted beginning May 22, 2026 and closing at 11:59 p.m. ET on June 12, 2026.

How to Enter: Survey entry: Complete the official XPONENTIAL 2026 post-show attendee survey during the Sweepstakes Period. Alternative means of entry (no survey required): Send your full name and email address to meetings@auvsi.org with the subject line "XPONENTIAL 2027 Sweepstakes Entry" during the Sweepstakes Period. Limit one (1) entry per person regardless of method. Duplicate entries will be disqualified.

Random Drawing: Two (2) winners will be selected by random drawing on or around June 26, 2026 from all eligible entries received. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winners will be notified by email at the address on file within five (5) business days of the drawing. If a selected winner is unreachable, ineligible, or fails to respond within seven (7) days of notification, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

Prize: Each winner will receive one (1) VIP Pass to XPONENTIAL 2027. Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") per pass: $1,995. Total ARV of all prizes: $3,990. Prize consists of one (1) VIP registration pass only. Transportation, lodging, meals, and all other expenses related to attendance at XPONENTIAL 2027 are not included and are the sole responsibility of the winner. Prizes have no cash value and are non-transferable. No substitution of prize by winner is permitted. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the awarded prize becomes unavailable for any reason, including in the event that XPONENTIAL 2027 is cancelled or postponed, in which case Sponsor may substitute a VIP Pass to a future XPONENTIAL event or a prize of comparable value at Sponsor's sole discretion. VIP Pass is subject to XPONENTIAL 2027 terms and conditions.

Winner Conditions: Winners may be required to execute an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release as a condition of prize award. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use the winner's name and general affiliation for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries.

General: Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify this Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control compromises the integrity or proper administration of the Sweepstakes. This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by any third party. By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

Governing Law: This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
