Our Site is scanned on a regular basis for security threats and known vulnerabilities, using malware scanning tools. We engage in this practice because, we organize trade shows, and we need to provide our third-party vendors, facilities, and general contractors with contact information for all exhibiting companies and attendees. This is done so the exhibitors and attendees are able to order services from third-party vendors. At times, we may provide certain Personal Information that we have collected to select customers as part of sponsor fulfillment where applicable. We will retain your information for as long as your account is active, your information is needed to provide you services, or as required to fulfill our legal obligations.
