STATE PAVILIONS

XPONENTIAL hosts specialized regional pavilions to help attendees connect with the progress and advancements being made in every corner of the country.

New York State is a global leader in the UAS and drone technology market and is home to the world’s largest business accelerator for uncrewed aerial systems: GENIUS NY. The New York-based company has invested more than $21M in 37 UAS startups since 2017. (Applications are now open for its eighth cohort in Syracuse, NY.) New York is also home to NUAIR (Northeast UAS Airspace Integration Research Alliance, Inc.), with a mission to safely integrate uncrewed systems into the national airspace, enabling scalable and economically viable commercial drone operations. One of NUAIR’s primary directives is to empower New York and enable it to become a leader in what is next in aviation innovation.

For generations, Michigan has been the engine driving advancements that reach every corner of the globe. From manufacturing to talent, Michigan offers everything you need to make your business soar. Michigan is home to the Unmanned Aerial Systems Consortium (MUASC), which supports the development of Unmanned Aerial Systems through coordinated services, access to unique airspace, and diverse geography. Experience the same prioritized FAA approval processes as the seven FAA UAS Test Sites when flying in Michigan. Furthermore, Michigan is home to commercial automotive and DoD Army land systems, including the US Army Ground Vehicles Systems Center, where the Army conducts R&D, testing, and evaluation for autonomous land systems. With exceptional land, air, and maritime assets, Michigan is uniquely positioned to support your business in developing, testing, and manufacturing uncrewed systems.

Michigan’s business climate is also among the most favorable in the Midwest. We eliminated personal property tax, which significantly reduces costs for companies that have expensive capital investments in equipment. And we’re consistently ranked among the top 10 states for major new and expanding facilities. In fact, about two-thirds of all Michigan businesses recommend our state as a place to start a business. See why the state that revolutionized the automotive industry has taken to the skies to become one of the top places in the country for aerospace business.

Organized by JobsOhio, the Ohio pavilion is a snapshot of one of the most comprehensive unmanned and autonomous systems ecosystems in the United States. Ohio is the birthplace of aviation and continues to be a hub for leading-edge research, innovation, and collaborative development. But autonomous transportation systems are not just airborne. As an automotive powerhouse, Ohio continues to drive autonomous and connected vehicle advancements with institutions like the Transportation Research Center’s SMART Center, Connected Marysville, and DriveOhio’s smart projects for open road testing. The state acts as a living lab for autonomous mobility, ensuring that no matter what stage of development you are in, Ohio has the resources to help. Please contact Victoria Boczkowski to be a part of the Ohio Pavilion.

Oregon has logged more FAA-sanctioned drone operations than any other state in the nation, hosts a growing cluster of UAS companies & suppliers, and is developing a talented workforce pool to support what the state recognizes as a key emerging industry. Visit the Oregon booth to talk with representatives from two of our FAA-designated UAS test ranges, learn about our new state-funded UAS Center of Innovation Excellence, meet some of the companies that call Oregon home, or connect with staff from the state’s economic development and aviation agencies.

INDUSTRY PAVILIONS & DEMOS

XPONENTIAL is where new entrants come to play in the big leagues and where established companies prove their greatness. Industry pavilions and demos get attendees face-to-face and hands-on with groundbreaking innovations from all domains and sectors.

Powered by K 2025

Extend operating times, reduce weight, and increase performance. Composite materials play a pivotal role in the design and manufacturing of uncrewed and autonomous vehicles. From engineered plastics for sensors-embedded surfaces to thermoplastic-based carbon fiber composites for structural components, these advanced materials are shaping the future of the autonomous systems industry in civilian and government sectors.
