XPONENTIAL 2026 Meeting Room Rental Form

Located just off the XPO floor for additional privacy, the meeting rooms provide an ideal venue for team briefings, candidate interviews, or business negotiations.
There are a limited number meeting rooms available during XPONENTIAL 2026. To request a room please complete the form below. Show Management will review your request and provide room availability.

Meeting Room rental fees are as follows:

  • Exhibitor Rates:
    • $ 5,590 - Four (4) days
    • $ 1,900 - Daily rate
    • $    210 - Hourly rate
  • Non-exhibitor Rates:
    • $15,500 - Four (4) days
    • $  5,150 - Daily rate
    • $     260 - Hourly rate

By checking this box, I request and agree to pay for my meeting room once confirmed. If I cancel my meeting room after it is confirmed I will not be eligible for a refund. All cancellations must be submitted via email to exhibits@xponential.org. I have read and agree to the terms and conditions set forth in the XPONENTIAL Exhibitor Terms and Conditions (“Terms and Conditions")(https://xponential.org//documents/XPO26TermsandConditions.pdf). Upon authorizing and submitting the XPONENTIAL Meeting Room Rental Request to Event Management, on behalf of said company and its directors, officers, employees, representative and agents hereby agree to be bound by and abide by the terms and conditions set forth in the Terms and Conditions before, during, and after XPONENTIAL 2026, and by other reasonable rules considered necessary by Event Management or the Event Venue. Event Management shall have the sole authority to interpret, amend, and enforce all Terms and Conditions.*
