Profile

CDR Tracy Reynolds has advised decision makers afloat and ashore, in peace and in combat. Her 17 years of active duty service includes at sea, operational, and overseas assignments from Afghanistan to Japan, the US East Coast to the West Coast. Her particular areas of expertise include national security law, international law, law of the sea, counter small uncrewed systems, and the outer space legal regime.
